The Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, responsible for analyzing business needs, translating requirements into technical and Salesforce solutions, and configuring, supporting, and enhancing enterprise applications. This role combines strong business analysis capabilities with hands-on Salesforce administration and application development expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes, data integrity, and user experience across the organization. Great American’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on- site a minimum of two days a week, with the potential to work three days remotely. Core in office days are Tuesday and Thursday but will be determined by business needs.
