About The Position

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Analytics team, reporting to Director of Strategic Systems. In this role, you'll manage and develop our Salesforce environment to support a global user base; solving business challenges, improving platform adoption, and helping our teams make better, data-driven decisions. You'll thrive here if you're a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, building solutions that scale, and partnering across teams to turn complex problems into clean, efficient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of technical understanding.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and translate business needs into platform solutions.
  • Experience working in sandbox environments and deploying changes through structured release processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation or subscription billing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support our Salesforce environment, including daily triage, user permissions, data updates, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Build and maintain platform solutions including; flows, validation rules, and complex reports, to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritize the feature backlog, and align platform capabilities with business needs.
  • Analyze the root cause of incidents, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organization.
  • Uphold high standards for data security, audit compliance, and platform governance.
