About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in Kids' Apparel & Shoes, Women's Apparel, and Accessories & Jewelry. This role involves continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. It also requires frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling, as well as reaching for and lifting items above the head. Sales employees may also receive commission based on the merchandise they sell, with apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%, and Beauty and Men’s Fragrance roles receiving 3%.

Requirements
