Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking independent, motivated, career-minded individuals to join our Mortgage Protection team. Our agents help American families protect their largest asset: the ability to make an income. Our proven system provides mentorship, training, and support to help agents develop strong personal production and, for those who want more, grow into leadership, develop other agents, and build a team of their own. Responsibilities
- Connect with Clients: Reach out to families who have requested coverage and schedule appointments.
- Customize Solutions: Research and present mortgage protection options based on each family's needs.
- Meet with Families: Meet virtually or in person to help clients select and apply for coverage.
- Develop as a Leader: As you grow in production and consistency, begin mentoring agents, building a team, and developing your leadership skills.
