About The Position

Requirements

Sales experience in Women's Apparel, Active, Jewelry, Designer Shoes, or Lingerie.
Experience as a Beauty Advisor or Counter Manager.
Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach frequently.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items.
Ability to lift items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).

Responsibilities

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).
