About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales roles in Women's Apparel, Kidswear, Accessories & Shoes. Join us for a Hiring Event on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at 6 Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL 60173. No appointment is necessary; simply arrive during the event hours. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. If you cannot attend the event, your application will still be considered.

Requirements

Sales experience in Women's Apparel, Kidswear, Accessories & Shoes.
Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds [Stock/Logistics Only].

Responsibilities
