About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for Sales positions in various departments including Women's Apparel & Lingerie, Women's Specialized, Men's Apparel, Accessories & Handbags, Jewelry, Women's & Men's Shoes, and Kids' Apparel & Shoes. The company is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the Ross Park Mall store. On-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Applicants are welcome to bring a resume, but it is not required. The interview process is expected to take approximately 1 hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and if unable to attend the event, applications will still be considered.

Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
