Requirements

• A proven commission sales track record (real estate, solar, mortgages, auto, financial services, etc.)
• The hunger to control your own income
• Coachability
• Strong communication skills and zero fear of a conversation
• Current U.S. residency and work authorization
• A life insurance license OR the willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Work inbound and warm leads generated through our proprietary platform
• Conduct needs-based consultations with families seeking life insurance coverage
• Present tailored solutions using our proven sales process
• Close business, hit your personal income goals, and build a book of residual income
• Track activity in our CRM and collaborate with your team leader
• Grow into a leadership role and earn overrides as you build your own team
