Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery: $18.85-$19.65 Hourly
Commission for most selling employees varies based on merchandise sold (Apparel, shoes, accessories: 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men’s Fragrance: 3%).

Sales and Counter Management in Beauty

Logistics roles
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Regularly lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).
