Requirements

Must be 19 years old to operate a Forklift.
Must possess a current valid California Driver's License.
Upon hire, must be willing to obtain and maintain forklift certification (where applicable).
Must be able to lift 90+ pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.
Yard Associates in Lumber or Nursery departments must be able to lift 100 pounds and carry 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing for normal in-person and phone conversations.
Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel.
Ability to ascend and descend ladders.
Ability to work at heights.
Experienced in forklift, skip-loader and power saw use.
High School diploma or GED equivalent or currently in school.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DIY projects, electrical, plumbing, tools, paint, and hardware is a plus.
