About The Position

Our Sales Wranglers are the hardest working people out there! They’re consistently juggling tasks to ensure they’re giving customers the ultimate level of customer service, all the while aiming to achieve their sales goals. It takes grit, a passion for customer service, high energy, attention to detail, dedication to maintain expertise in product knowledge, diligence in becoming a master hat shaper and designer, a preference for teamwork, mutual respect and kindness to everyone in the company, and a goal-oriented outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Training: One full week of initial training including in-depth learning within each department, daily hat shaping, and learning what it takes to be the best wrangler. Includes 2-4 shadow shifts learning from seasoned veterans and managers.
  • Semi-annual training refresh projects.
  • Training on new products received.
  • Reading training manuals and utilizing product videos.
  • Sales Floor Tasks: Cleaning and organizing, refilling merchandise displays, hat bar supplies, and register supplies.
  • Checking hat wall order and replenishing silk spools.
  • Helping with remerchandising displays and constantly straightening displays.
  • Keeping the store neat and tidy at all times.
  • Checking emails daily via register computers and responding in a timely manner.
  • Working towards achieving semi-annual sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Greeting every customer and providing the full Kemo Sabe experience.
  • Operations: Packaging customer purchases the day of and following up to ensure they received their package.
  • Scanning every item’s tag when ringing up a sale and notifying the operations team if an item is missing a tag.
  • Maintaining stockroom organization.
  • Properly filling out all forms.
