This is how you WOW: Conduct sales training at remote and corporate locations. Conduct sales training via distance learning tools. Support the creation of new classes and training materials. Sets up and maintains training facilities and venues. Present established and effective sales training methods, techniques, and ideas. Teaches sales trainees how to develop prospective client and customer lists. Assists in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services. Studies and develops skill in use of better teaching and training methods. Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in business initiatives and technologies. Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works. Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training. Develop strong relationship with all Kärcher North America departments to develop course materials.
