About The Position

The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for delivering sales training programs to associates on Group insurance products including dental, vision, and hearing, special products, and new products as they are developed. It also includes providing instruction on systems use on a variety of platforms used for sales. Position Location • This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience required.
  • 0-2 years related experience required.
  • Ability to conduct in-person trainings 3-5 times per year required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Training or Teaching experience is preferred.
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of assigned sales training and development, including but not limited to facilitating classroom and/or e-learning presentations.
  • Manage training projects including the functions, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
  • Communicate with management to recommend training enhancements.
  • Update current training material.
  • Other duties as assigned.
