About The Position

The OST Training and Communications team provides role-specific training experiences to over 7,600 team members and leaders building capabilities to drive operational excellence and workforce capability across the Fulfillment Network. The Sr. Specialist, Training Delivery, is part of the Operations Support Training and Communications Team reporting to the Manager, Training Delivery, implementing the delivery and execution of scalable training programs that build skills, close performance gaps, and support change across the Operations Network. Leveraging expertise in adult learning, facilitation, and agile project management, the Senior Field Trainer influences cross-functional teams, supports content development, and drives operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Adult Education, or related fields.
  • 2+ Years Or experience in related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Responds to training needs with empathy, patience, and adaptability, creating inclusive and effective learning environments.
  • Understanding of LMS systems, operational systems, and core technical and learning tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently while influencing and partnering across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder alignment and leadership engagement.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs, championing initiatives through training content and facilitation.
  • Experience with change management frameworks and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to lift <25 lbs.
  • Must be able to travel within and outside the U.S.; up to 25%

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic training needs assessments across operational teams to align learning with business goals and performance expectations.
  • Run end-to-end training workshops, including planning, scheduling, facilitation, resource coordination, and post-training evaluation.
  • Handle cross-functional projects related to training, performance improvement, and operational capability building.
  • Host and facilitate instructor-led and blended learning sessions that promote operational excellence, safety, and process consistency.
  • Tailor training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles, non-exempt and exempt roles, and experience levels of operational employees, ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Facilitate regular reviews with leadership to assess training effectiveness, identify gaps, and define next steps for development.
  • Apply agile methodologies to training projects, iterating quickly based on feedback, adapting to shifting priorities, and ensuring training remains relevant and responsive to evolving operational needs.
  • Champion change initiatives by embedding change management strategies into training content and delivery to support adoption and readiness.
  • Reinforce learning through coaching and follow-up, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustained performance improvement in the field.
  • Support project deployments, ensuring consistent training execution and change enablement across locations.
  • Leverage LMS and operational systems (e.g., SAP) to manage training records, run reports, analyze, and report on training data to understand success rates and gaps.
