The position is located in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America. The Orthopaedics division is fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. Our Orthopaedics teams help keep more than 6 million people moving each year while delivering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. They build solutions for joint reconstruction; trauma and craniomaxillofacial; sports, extremities, and elective foot and ankle; spine; and robotics and digital surgery. The Sales Training Representative (STR) program offers hands-on learning with top-tier sales representatives and builds connections across multiple sectors in the Raynham offices. Upon successful program completion, graduates can step into a Clinical Sales Specialist or Sales Associate role, paving the way for sales leadership opportunities within DePuy Synthes. As a key member of the Commercial Education team, the STR will develop the skillset to support training that drives business growth through a blended learning model including live and virtual experiences. They will facilitate labs, provide expertise to new hires, and act as new product experts/ambassadors to the field. The role also involves engaging with customers at Professional Education events on campus and in the field, and participating in ongoing customer engagement activities.
