Sales Training and Junk Removal
About The Position
This is a full-time opportunity with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where you will be trained from the ground up to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Customers already know they need help and have called because they have a problem to solve. Your role will be to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site. You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team. This role does not involve cold calling, sitting behind a desk all day, or chasing leads, but rather engaging in real conversations with customers who already need the service. Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? locations across the U.S., is growing rapidly and is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to enhance their confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude

- Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
