Requirements

Excellent oral and written communications skills
Valid and clean driver's license with active auto insurance
Ability and willingness to work independently

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing preferred

Responsibilities

Develop rapport with assigned customer base and promote the good will of the company
Cover assigned routes as needed due to sales staff time off, including vacations, personal days and sick days
Remain flexible on a weekly basis regarding the assigned days of the week needed to cover routes, to potentially include weekends
Execute the successful sale, distribution and placement of products
Prepare and present professional sales presentations to customers by combining both the company’s priorities and customers’ needs
Understand company pricing and product programming information on a monthly basis by maintaining accurate and up to date records
Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
Maintain high quality merchandising of accounts with paper POS
Conduct promotions in accounts when required
Organize and execute floor displays and placement of associated POS at all accounts
Execute monthly goals as related to business activities
Perform other duties as assigned
