We're looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team and grow with us! As a Sales Trainee, you’ll play a key role in selling, merchandising, and maintaining quality control across our extensive portfolio. You’ll work closely with on-premise and retail accounts to drive distribution and maximize sales performance. Indiana Beverage has been family-owned and operated since 1939, serving Northern Indiana with a diverse portfolio of over 2,000 brands of beer, hard seltzers, hard ciders, flavored malt beverages, and ready-to-drink cocktails. We also have a rapidly growing non-alcoholic division (NAs, energy drinks, hydration beverages). We offer a culture built on teamwork, tradition, and success. Requirements
- High School diploma or higher with ability to compute basic math functions.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must 21 years of age holding a valid driver’s license with DWI/OWI free driving record that can be company insurable.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, credit check, reference check, driving records review, criminal background check and essential functions screening.
- Must be committed to the responsible use of alcohol and understand and adhere to local and federal alcohol related laws.
- Must understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to obtain a Salesman Permit
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Experience with on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, venues) and/or retail accounts (grocery, liquor, supercenters) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Selling, merchandising, and maintaining quality control across our extensive portfolio.
- Working closely with on-premise and retail accounts to drive distribution and maximize sales performance.
