About The Position

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The primary function is to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) during absences such as vacation, sickness, or injury, and for special projects as needed. The Sales Trainee will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format "off premise" stores. The ST must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull executional standards. The role is an at-will position, allowing termination by either the Company or the ST at any time, with or without cause.

Requirements

Valid US Driver’s License
Obtainment of DOT Medical card
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage

Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during absences or for special projects.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores.
Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products.
Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.
Set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan.
Effectively communicate with the ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
Train with ASMs.
Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, and merchandising to effectively drive the sales business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
