Under the guidance of a Branch Manager, the Sales Trainee will gain hands-on experience in receiving, warehousing, product delivery, customer service, and sales. In this role, you will learn the company’s operations, functions, and policies to build a strong foundation for growth and advancement within Hirsch. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry, wholesale distribution, or a related trade field
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting business relationships
Desire to grow and advance within the company
Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check

Responsibilities

Continuously develop the knowledge and skills necessary to transition into a higher-level Counter Sales position.
Work alongside an experienced Counter Sales team to build real-world sales experience.
Provide excellent customer service at the counter by answering product questions and assisting customers with order placement under supervision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales growth and foster long-term customer loyalty.
