Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for sales
- Candidate will need to have the ability and willingness to move to and reside where the company has the greatest need, with every effort to place candidates in their geographic area of interest while keeping in mind the best location for growth/opportunity
Responsibilities
- Learn about UFP products, policies, and procedures through immersive, on-the-job training.
- Participate in essential sales and customer service tasks to build your practical skills.
- Work closely with your mentor and team to assist in sales, customer support, and production activities.
- Complete a comprehensive boot camp program to strengthen your industry knowledge.
- Travel to other UFP facilities to learn best practices and broaden your experience.
