About The Position

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters, and is part of the Hunter Douglas family of brands. In this role, you will meet with clients in their homes, learn about their needs, recommend custom window treatments, and help them create design solutions. You will guide clients through the purchase process and aim to close sales, while managing appointments, schedules, and follow-ups. The role includes company-provided leads and paid training, with uncapped commission earning potential. No prior design experience is required.

Requirements

• Enjoy building relationships with people and helping others.
• Be motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Be confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Be organized and able to manage multiple appointments.
• Be open to working evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally.
