About The Position

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. The Sales Trainee will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format ‘off premise’ stores. The Sales Trainee must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
Valid Chauffeur’s License.
Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products.
Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.
Set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.
Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan.
Effectively communicate with the ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
Train with ASMs.
Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, and merchandising to effectively drive the sales business.
Cover ASM routes as needed.
Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
Other duties as assigned.
