About The Position

WCAX is looking for a Sales/Traffic Assistant who will provide primarily clerical support for our traffic needs and local sales staff. This position assists the Traffic Manager with copy assignments and order entry, as well as supporting the needs of Multimedia Sales Managers and Media Executives in various aspects of the sales process.

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Dependability and punctuality
Excellent follow-through and detailed orientation
Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
Effectively communicate with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Order entry with a high level of accuracy
Clerical functions interacting with a variety of client information
Working with clients directly on makegoods, resolving discrepancies, and posting reports
Working with in-house systems to correctly order and run advertising on multiple TV stations and digital platforms
Basic front desk responsibilities to greet guests when necessary
