About The Position
JP Mascaro & Sons, a locally owned and operated private family-owned company, is experiencing record growth and success. Founded in 1964 with one truck, we have grown into one of the largest and most successful fully integrated solid waste companies serving the mid-Atlantic area. Our Wyoming Valley Division, located in Nanticoke, PA, is currently searching for a Sales Territory Manager due to growth. We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to succeed and grow with us!
Requirements
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an outside sales professional
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential new business
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Increase company presence in assigned territories
- Manage current accounts ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze accounts to ensure the prospective customer is being quoted accurately and the proper solutions are being implemented
- Perform cold calls daily to prospective customers
- Provide quotes to prospective customers
- Maintain and submit sales reports
- Special projects and other job duties as assigned
