Sales, Territory Manager – Peripheral – Image Guided Therapy Devices (UT/ID/MT) We are the industry leader in image-guided therapy, helping to improve treatment for every patient. This person will cover UT, ID, MT- but we are seeking candidates who live greater Salt Lake City and willing to travel. This role is a field role. Must be willing to travel- including overnights. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $194,750 to $305,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Requirements

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition
You have a BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Responsibilities

Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory; assisting in advancing revenue and market position
Keeping tabs on new products in assigned subject area and of current and future company products
Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers.
Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.
Partnering with customer contacts across the hospital or clinic, and discovering new opportunities for product expansion
