About The Position

Sutherland is seeking Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences from home. As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you will work with existing clients to provide expert support, identify opportunities to offer additional products or services, and be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning. This is a full-time, seasonal position lasting through February.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Typing speed of 30+ WPM
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient PC and multitasking skills
Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
Fluent in spoken and written English
Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
Modem updated in the past 12 months
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
