Position Overview We are looking for a detail-driven, tech-comfortable Sales Technology and Operations Administrator to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, internal systems, and sales technology, owning the critical setup, admin, and coordination work that keeps our campaigns and client engagements running smoothly. You will manage client onboarding steps (emails, phone numbers, CRM access, pipeline setup), maintain systems and integrations across tools like HubSpot and Airtable, coordinate with third-party vendors, and support the Ops team in building and documenting scalable processes. You will also use AI tools like Claude to work smarter and faster across your day-to-day. This is not a static role. Responsibilities will shift and grow as the business evolves, and we are looking for someone who sees that as a feature, not a bug.
