Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Team Supervisor. If you have a love of meeting people and providing outstanding customer service coupled with an interest in supplying directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Once a month on Saturdays 10pm - 5pm

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.
  • Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience a plus!
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Monitor customer needs and preferences to determine focus of proactive sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services, and to provide sales support.
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Assist customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise.
  • Complete sales transactions and assist customers with product information, delivery, and other services.
  • Work with all personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field.
  • Responsible for providing ongoing coaching and training to their team members.
