As a(n) Integrated Teams Supervisor in Advanced Customer Aligned Teams, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for order management, documentation collection, and billing verification, while driving operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of people leadership experience in a healthcare, insurance, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND four (4) years of people leadership experience in similar environments
  • Two (2) years of experience in healthcare or insurance operations
  • One (1) year of experience with wound management principles
  • Experience with medical record interpretation and claim submission
  • Familiarity with Medicare, managed care, and post-acute care settings
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of approximately 10–16 employees, aligning the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and departmental goals through performance evaluations, professional development, and a high-touch coaching model.
  • Boosting team morale and fostering a winning culture by being a thoughtful, engaging leader focused on team wellbeing, individual contribution, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and performance metrics; collaborating with sales and field service partners to improve the customer experience and drive accretive order growth.
  • Driving process improvements using lean and change management principles to enhance operational efficiency, reduce unbilled accounts, improve revenue cycle performance, and increase job satisfaction through effective change management.
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, DME, ACHC, and other applicable healthcare billing and documentation standards across order management, documentation collection, and billing verification activities.
