About The Position

We seek a highly creative and innovative Teams Designer to develop engaging visual content that enhances our brand presence for the 13 teams across our League. This role requires advanced artistic and design expertise, conceptual thinking, and originality to deliver impactful creative solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high autonomy and independent judgment in creative decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment
  • Strong creative vision with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for design.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and FIGMA for compelling visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts, adaptive designs, and mood boards.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in developing branding assets, promotional materials, and digital graphics.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising creative discretion without direct supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with golf or a strong interest in the sport is a plus.
  • Experience with animation and video editing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and project objectives.
  • Originate and execute high-quality creative work, including illustrations, infographics, and branded assets.
  • Lead creative ideation sessions, generating innovative concepts for digital and print materials.
  • Design and refine presentations, marketing materials, and promotional content with a strong aesthetic vision.
  • Develop original visual assets, such as logos, banners, digital interfaces, and multimedia elements.
  • Utilize advanced design techniques to create high-quality graphics, layouts, and animations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure consistency in brand execution across all creative assets and platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.
