About The Position

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to provide excellent customer service and sell travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motor coaches at our RV dealership. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good math skills.
Superior organization and communication skills.
Be willing to learn and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
Willing to show campers outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Able to lift 30 lbs. or more to move inventory in the store.
A valid driver's license and good work/attendance record required.

Nice To Haves

General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).

Responsibilities

Ability to learn camper lines, including Coachmen®, Dutchmen®, Forest River®, Gulf Stream®, and KZ® travel trailers, fifth wheels, destination models, and RVs.
Provide superior sales/customer service of campers on our nine-acre outdoor lot.
Consistently meet/exceed sales goals.
Ability to prepare camper sales paperwork and take deposits on units.
Assist the sales team with camper marketing sheets and floor plans, as well as camper staging.
Assist with the sale of camper supplies in our RV Parts and Accessories Store in person and on the phone.
Ability to run a cash register accurately and efficiently.
Process new inventory, stock shelves and assist sales team with merchandise and displays in the store.
Assist with camper service paperwork and coordination.
