The Full Time Sales Team Lead, reporting to the Store Manager, will focus on promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. This role involves making a significant impact through sales expertise and personalized service to build and maintain meaningful, long-term customer relationships. The Sales Team Lead is an integral part of the store's success.

Requirements

High school diploma
1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Nice To Haves

2 years of retail experience is an asset
Has passion for fashion
Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
