This position is directly responsible for the promotion of selling vacation packages to eligible on-site guests, which will produce revenue. This person responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents Hilton Grand Vacations. The role involves training new hires, communicating feedback to management, tracking new member signups, supervising customer reviews, acting as a liaison with Hilton Resort and HGV, ensuring monthly targets are met, assisting team members with sales, providing information and incentives to guests, pursuing eligible guests for package previews, ensuring guests meet eligibility for offers, completing sales paperwork, providing guest service, notifying management of collateral shortages, reviewing production reports, and assisting management with new hire training. The role also includes giving out one welcome gift per family.
