We are looking for a hands-on US Sales Team Lead to elevate our NAM sales motion to the next level. The US is already our #2 market (~30% of revenue), and we want to make it #1. But we’re not looking for a corporate “director.” We want a builder, operator, and coach. Your mission: Improve outbound execution, Increase pipeline quality, Raise performance standards, Develop AEs into killers You will directly manage a squad of AEs and work closely with Product, RevOps, and Growth This is not a strategy-only role. This is execution + coaching + systems.
