Requirements

Previous 6 months - 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Proven track record in sales, customer service, or team management
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High level of professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives
Conduct regular coaching sessions, field training, and performance reviews
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and track team progress
Monitor sales activity and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements
Identify opportunities for team improvement and implement effective strategies
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative work environment
Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and leadership skills
