You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
- Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match team needs.
Responsibilities
- Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
- Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.
- Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.
