Too Good To Go is seeking an exceptional Sales Team Lead (SMB) to be based in New York City. This role will report to the Associate Director of Sales-North America. The primary responsibility is to manage and coach a fast-growing team of full-cycle sales representatives focused on acquiring new food merchants for the platform in the US. The sales representatives are inside sellers, conducting most outreach via phone. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building high-performing teams, possess strong sales management skills, and have a proven track record as a high-volume, fast-paced seller. A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning are also essential. The company is a certified B Corp social impact company dedicated to fighting food waste and has received numerous accolades for its innovation and impact.
