About The Position

Corpay is seeking a Sales-focused Talent Sourcer (based in Brentwood area) to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to identify and engage top talent for field sales and go-to-market (GTM) roles, including Account Executives, New-logo hunters, RevOps, and Sales Leadership. You’ll play a critical part in building strong candidate pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools, research, and creative outreach strategies to connect with passive talent. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Corpay’s revenue growth by fueling the recruiting engine with highly qualified sales candidates. This is an in-office position located in Brentwood. To set you up for success, Corpay will provide: Company-issued equipment Assigned workspace in office and support for home office setup Hands-on onboarding and sales-recruiting-specific training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience (sales-focused experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with field sales and GTM talent profiles, including hunters, sales leadership, and quota-carrying roles.
  • Skilled in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and prospecting platforms.
  • Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage passive talent.
  • Experience with ATS or CRM systems (Dayforce a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points for AIRS or other sourcing/recruiting certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to support sourcing strategies for sales and GTM roles.
  • Researching and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Crafting and delivering personalized outreach to engage passive sales talent.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Providing market insights and competitive intelligence on sales talent trends.
  • Pre-screening and qualifying candidates against role requirements before passing them to the Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Ensuring accurate candidate data management within our ATS (Dayforce).
  • Representing Corpay’s brand and sales culture in all candidate interactions.
