About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition function by driving top-of-funnel activity and identifying strong talent for a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys identifying quality candidates, and collaborates well with recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Strong writing skills, especially in creating effective outreach messages
  • Ability to identify high-quality talent aligned with role requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of the business
  • Experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing hourly and salaried roles
  • Experience sourcing across multiple departments
  • Knowledge of advanced search techniques including Boolean logic

Responsibilities

  • Top-of-funnel talent identification
  • Finding and engaging qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Conducting initial pre-screens before candidates advance to a recruiter for deeper qualification
  • Perform candidate searches using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
  • Draft high-quality InMails and outreach messages to engage candidates
  • Review resumes and profiles for alignment with role requirements
  • Source for both hourly and salaried roles across multiple teams
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role needs and priorities
  • Join stakeholder conversations when deeper alignment or role clarification is needed
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal partners
  • Maintain organization while supporting multiple roles simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate information within the ATS (Lever experience preferred)
  • Track outreach, pipeline movement, and sourcing activity
  • Support overall process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team
