We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Sales Support Supervisor to lead our Sales Support team and help drive operational excellence across the sales organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales support, customer operations, or revenue operations professional ready to grow their leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations. As a key member of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Legal to improve processes, support efficient deal execution, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will directly lead a team of 12 employees (8 Sales Support Specialists, 3 Key Account Support Specialists, and 1 CPQ Analyst), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
