SUMMARY The part-time Sales Support Specialist position is responsible for managing and tracking all open orders to ensure accurate, timely delivery to customers. Key duties include maintaining an up-to-date order log, coordinating with vendors to confirm ship dates, documenting tracking and bill of lading information, and proactively communicating shipment details to customers for advance notice. The position also works closely with customer purchasing and receiving teams to resolve any shipping issues and build strong, ongoing relationships to support smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
