Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum of (4) years of related experience in Sales, Manufacturing or Construction Industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Proficient with the MS office suite, CRM databases, and internal software systems.
  • Strong communications and customer service background is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares sales reports using Power BI, sales results, etc. and prepare special presentations, often of a complex or confidential nature.
  • Manages follow up on specified quotes.
  • Mines data to find key personnel at architects, general contractors, end-users.
  • Manages and organize Dynamics.
  • Updates RSM Playbook with how to & best practices.
  • Inputs attendees from lunch & learns into Dynamics and submit reports for credits.
  • Assists in reach-outs for architectural lunch & learns.
  • Supports marketing data request.
  • Assists Regional Sales Managers with communications on jobs as needed.
  • Ensures that departmental operations comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participates in and contributes to special projects as directed by the department head.
  • Receives and responds to correspondence and maintains departmental records.
