About The Position

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping us offer customized, self-funded insurance options to our clients and members. In this role, the Sales Support Specialist will work closely with the sales team to streamline operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing proposals, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate with clients and partners to confirm offer details, answer inquiries, and provide updates on delivery or product availability.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce with customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data.
  • Generate reports for sales metrics, forecasts, and customer trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing materials for sales presentations.
  • Support with the completion and tracking of RFP’s.
