More about us: https://www.hach.com/about-us We offer: Professional onboarding and training Powerful team looking forward to working with you Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching all on day one Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales Support, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing service and support to the North America Sales Team: Divisional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you are the primary point of contact for your assigned sales associates, providing them accurate and prompt support. This position is part of the Sales Support team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid. This role will be Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4PM.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous ERP and CRM systems experience a plus
  • Knowledge of customer support processes (i.e., pricing, products, returns, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a “customer-centered” attitude.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and an expert at managing a busy workload with multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process quotes, assist with quotes to orders.
  • Accurate and timely completion of requests from sales team to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM, including opportunity management.
  • Gather/confirm information needed so order entry can enter customer orders into the company’s order entry system.
  • Researching sales credit change and account ownership requests, including seeking approvals and completing necessary templates and spreadsheets.
  • Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders and billings.
  • Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.).
  • Assists Divisional Sales Managers, Inside Sales and Regional Sales Managers with requests.
