We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the crawlspace encapsulation and basement waterproofing industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations. Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives in managing leads, quotes, and customer accounts.
  • Conduct research to identify prospects and make initial contact via phone, email or print.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports to support team performance analysis.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product and service information.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery schedules, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the Purchasing Team to ensure proper stocking levels.
  • Provide updates to the sales team on product availability and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team on the development and launch of promotions and sales initiatives.
  • Organize and distribute marketing materials to the sales team and customers.
  • Manage schedules for product training and sales presentations.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in crawlspace encapsulation and basement waterproofing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist customers and the sales team.
