About The Position

As a Sales Support Representative, you will handle inbound interest and make outbound calls/texts to homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule design consultations. You’ll follow our proven script and booking standards to ensure high-quality appointments that our reps can successfully run (“demo”).

Requirements

  • Call center, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
  • Clear, confident phone presence with active listening and professionalism
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and comfortable working from a script and KPIs
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage, email, accurate data entry)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, including weekend availability

Nice To Haves

  • LeadPerfection experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls to/from homeowners; send follow-ups via text/email as needed
  • Qualify interest, confirm basic project details, and overcome common scheduling objections
  • Schedule appointments with both decision-makers present and a 60–90 minute time window
  • Offer the next best available time slot (no open-ended “anytime this week” offers)
  • Document every interaction accurately in our CRM (LeadPerfection experience is a plus)
  • Prepare and “clean up” each lead so it issues properly to our sales team
  • Hit daily/weekly activity and quality goals (examples of our internal targets: ~300 calls/day team target, ~8 sets/day team goal, strong issue and demo rates)
  • Partner with supervisors for coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development
