About The Position

Taylor DM Brands, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time, answering vendor emails, answering customer service phones and chats as well answering incoming phone calls from vendors. You will also be handling various Customer Service duties throughout the day. To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

2 years of related/relevant experience
Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, independent judgement, and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of promotional products
Knowledge of shipping methods

Responsibilities

Answer customer service calls, assist customers with inquiries, and accurately enter and process orders
Working on a wide variety of vendor forms
Handled inbound customer chats, answered questions, resolved concerns, and ensured a positive customer experience while meeting response time expectations.
Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
Process call tags
Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders
Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
Other tasks as required to meet team goals
