The purpose of this position is to provide an opportunity to learn about Kentucky Eagle’s portfolio, customers’, sales and delivery processes to be prepared for a sales role. Requirements

1+ years of B2B customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Must have a valid Driver’s License in good standing with a driving record acceptable to Kentucky Eagle’s insurance carrier.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Solicitors License with the Kentucky Dept. of Alcohol and Beverage Control
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat, bend, twist and repetitively lift 35lbs.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Route based account management or merchandising experience preferred.
Strong desire to start a career in Sales.

Responsibilities

Learn about our suppliers and their brands.
Learn how to utilize data analytics to be a resource for our customers and identify selling opportunities.
Learn and use the Montreux sales process.
Understand the on-line portal.
Travel in local market with Sales Representatives and Sales Management.
Learn how to competitively present and position our brands in the market.
Merchandise and place point of sale material when not covering open routes.
Provide sales support by covering routes due to vacations or other absences.
Identify selling opportunities during account visits.
Record and monitor inventory at accounts.
Review sales performance with management compared to sales targets.
