About The Position

United National Life Company of America (UNL) is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide support to both contracted/prospective agents and the sales team. This role plays a key part in the UNL team and requires on-site work in the Glenview, IL office, with flexible remote days available. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially via phone.
Service-focused, proactive, organized and excited about finding solutions.
1+ years of sales support and/or customer service experience.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred.
Insurance industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting and interacting with existing and prospective agents via phone.
Responding to daily inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
Providing administrative support to management and peers.
Working as part of a small, collaborative, upbeat team.
Other related duties and special projects as needed.
